I have worked in the early years profession for a little over 11 years and I'm still enjoying it as I love my work with children who amaze and delight me every day!! Following my degree in Child Psychology I undertook further study and am now an early years professional. I believe it is important to treat every child as a unique individual and love seeing them learn and develop into confident children.

I have worked in business for many years and am really excited about developing the Badgers Bridge indoor and outdoor learning concept. I am a qualified Forest School Leader and am in awe at how being in a woodland environment helps children develop emotionaly, socially and cognitively.

I work in parent care! I will be meeting you when dealing with registration forms, to arrange any extra sessions for your child and any other administrative matter. I can advise you on funding, especially on your free entitlement and I am always at the end of our email.

I have worked as the setting Leader at Badgers Bridge since July 2010. I love all aspects of my work and enjoy seeing the wonderful changes in our children as they develop. We work hard as a team to provide the best environment for happy, creative and confident children.

Hello I'm Bev. I live in Lyminge and my first contact with Badgers was when my daughter started attending in 2000. She thrived at Badgers, because of the small, family friendly environment and because the staff understood and accepted her for being her, as an individual. Now as a member of staff I know these factors are so important and working at badgers is always varied enjoyable and fun.

I have always lived locally and attended the Stowting school as my 2 sons do now. I love working at Badgers and also enjoy being a Brownie leader. It is so satisfying watching children grow and being part of this critical stage in their lives. There are always new things to learn in childcare and I am looking forward to gaining my NVQ 3 and putting my learning to full effect.
